Kickoff: 2:45 PM ET (USA) / 20:45 CET (ITA)

League Position: Milan (12), Palermo (7)

Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, Milan, Italy

After a disappointing derby, another undefeated team visits the San Siro. Iachini’s Palermo have taken 7 points out of 9 and will relish the chance to stay near the top of the table. Milan limp into this match a bit although some have noted an improved performance despite the defeat to Inter. Read More

Serie A Preview: Internazionale v. AC Milan

Date: Sunday, September 13, 2015

Kickoff: 2:45 PM ET (USA) / 20:45 CET (ITA)

Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, Milan, Italy

It rings a little hollow to call Inter undefeated at this early point in the season, but Milan will certainly need to be a lot better to beat their 2-0 neighbors and hosts in the derby this weekend. The Rossoneri were the better squad over a match and a half in the preseason, but they’ve yet to be the better squad in Serie A this season. Both Milanese squads are hoping to reestablish themselves as top five clubs, making this derby vital no matter how early it falls. Read More

Serie A Preview: AC Milan v. Empoli

Date: Saturday, August 29, 2015

Kickoff: 2:45 PM ET (USA) / 20:45 CET (ITA)

Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, Milan, Italy

Starting the Serie A season away at Fiorentina was always going to be difficult, but since they went down to ten men early on it’s very hard still to have a good read on what this Milan team is and what it can potentially be. What it has to be is better than Empoli, who visit the San Siro this weekend. Read More

Serie A Preview: Fiorentina v. AC Milan

Date: Sunday, August 23, 2015

Kickoff: 2:45 PM ET (USA) / 20:45 CET (ITA)

Stadio Artemio Franchi, Florence, Italy

Who’s ready for the new new new Milan? It’s been another eventful Summer for the Rossoneri on and off the field, but now we are ready to begin the 2015-2016 Serie A season! New manager, new players, new business partnerships (is that finalized yet?), new stadium (on the way, supposedly), and new hopes from the red and black faithful. I mean, at least a few of you have to be optimistic, right? Read More

Serie A Preview: Sassuolo v. AC Milan

Date: Sunday, May 17, 2015

Kickoff: 6:30 AM ET (USA) / 12:30 CET (ITA)

League Position: Milan (10), Sassuolo (16)

Mapei Stadium, Reggio Emilia, Italy

Sassuolo are safe and Milan are mid-table, so I think it’s fair to say the stakes are pretty low in this one. Still, some players will be looking to impress, either their current managers or another, and we owe Sassuolo some payback once again this season. Read More

Serie A Preview: AC Milan v. AS Roma

Date: Saturday, May 9, 2015

Kickoff: 2:45 PM ET (USA) / 20:45 CET (ITA)

League Position: Milan (11), Roma (2)

Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, Milan, Italy

The optimists among us thought this could be a huge game at the beginning of the season. But with Milan languishing and Juventus already clear of the visitors, it’s lost any luster it may have had. Roma are really the team with more to still play for, as Lazio are hot on their tail for 2nd and Napoli not too far behind. Read More

Serie A Preview: AC Milan v. Genoa

Date: Wednesday, April 29, 2015

Kickoff: 2:45 PM ET (USA) / 20:45 CET (ITA)

League Position: Milan (10), Genoa (8)

Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, Milan, Italy

Milan play Genoa this week. Read More

Serie A Preview: Udinese v. AC Milan

Date: Saturday, April 25, 2015

Kickoff: 12:00 PM ET (USA) / 18:00 CET (ITA)

League Position: Milan (9), Udinese (15)

Stadio Friuli, Udine, Italy

The worst part about this Milan squad isn’t how poorly they’ve played at times, it’s how boring they’ve played nearly all the time. One of the worst derby matches in a long time transpired at the San Siro on Sunday, and I can’t say I expect a real barn-burner to follow this weekend away against a weakened Udinese. Read More

Serie A Preview: Internazionale v. AC Milan

Date: Sunday, April 19, 2015

Kickoff: 2:45 PM ET (USA) / 20:45 CET (ITA)

League Position: Milan (9), Inter (10)

Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, Milan, Italy

Whether or not you are still harboring fantasies of Europa League football (do people have those?), you have to admit there is still one thing to play for: finishing above Inter. The Nerazzurri closed the gap last week with a win over Hellas, their first victory since February. They’ve had our number recently though, so these Rossoneri should relish the opportunity to send their rivals right back into a slump and make the fans happy. For one week at least. Read More

Serie A Preview: AC Milan v. Sampdoria

Date: Sunday, April 12, 2015

Kickoff: 2:45 PM ET (USA) / 20:45 CET (ITA)

League Position: Milan (8), Sampdoria (5)

Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, Milan, Italy

Despite what even the most ardent Milan fanatic tells you, a streak doesn’t start until three, so the Rossoneri are going to have to dispatch Sampdoria at the San Siro before we can get too excited. Still, it’s been encouraging to end up on the winning side the past few weeks. These two sides fought to a 2-2 draw in Genoa in this season’s first meeting, and the visitors are desperately clinging to the last official European qualifying position. Read More
